Nexus Realty was formed in 2005 with the
idea of providing the same services and
experience that you would find at a large
brokerage house but with the personal
attention of a small company. Over the
years, that idea has turned into a reality.
We have represented some well known, as well
as less well known, developers, investors,
property owners and tenants all with the same
attention and effort.
Prior to
Nexus Realty, Mr. Frank worked
at The Polacheck Company, CB
Richard Ellis as an Investment Specialist / Office
Leasing Specialist. Mr. Frank
attended Marquette University
and majored in finance. He has
nearly 10 years experience in the
related fields of financing,
lending and mortgage brokerage. He is the past owner of
his own mortgage brokerage firm.
Mr. Frank's background and
instincts have led him to work with some of Wisconsin's
most prestigious project
developers and investment
property owners.
